Given the wide range of participation options, we've provided a few examples below along with the corresponding total fees. Please note, that these are just random examples and not the only possible options to join the World Congress.

Example participant 1:
Participant 1 attends the Congress from Wednesday to Sunday with an Early Bird ticket, joins the Bear’s Lodge dinner+sauna evening on Thursday, visits the reindeer farm on Friday, and has dinner on Friday at the Congress hotel. The participant shares a superior room with a friend in the Santa’s Hotel Santa Claus (official congress hotel).

Total costs:
- Early Bird fee: 440 euros
- Bear’s Lodge: 72 euros
- Reindeer farm: 65 euros
- Dinner on Friday: 33 euros
- Accommodation: 278 euros
Total: 888 euros

Example participant 2:
Participant 2 attends the Congress from Wednesday to Sunday with an Early Bird ticket, skips the Bear’s Lodge dinner+sauna evening on Thursday, joins the football or yard games on Friday, skips the optional dinner on Friday at Congress hotel, and shares a standard room with a friend in the Santa’s Hotel Santa Claus (official congress hotel).

Total costs:
- Friday to Sunday normal fee: 440 euros
- Football/yard games: free of charge
- Accommodation: 210 euros
Total: 650 euros

Example participant 3:
Participant 3 attends the Congress from Friday to Sunday with a Normal ticket, joins the football or yard games on Friday, skips the optional dinner on Friday at Congress hotel, and shares a superior room with their partner in the Santa’s Hotel Santa Claus (official congress hotel).

Total costs:
- Friday to Sunday normal fee: 310 euros
- Football/yard games: free of charge
- Accommodation: 139 euros
