Accommodation

Participation fees do not include accommodation, but there are many accommodation options close to the conference venue to choose from. 

Our conference venue Santa’s Hotel Santa Claus has a total of 170 rooms, from which we have tentatively booked 90 rooms for participants with special prices. The detailed information about the these prices and how to book rooms will be presented in March 2025. All of Santa’s Hotel Santa Claus rooms have been renovated in 2023–2024.

There are many other hotels and also a couple of hostels nearby the conference venue. In addition to them you can also use Airbnb as accommodation; there are plenty of Airbnb options in the centre of Rovaniemi.
